AGENCY: Department of the Navy, Department of Defense (DoD).

ACTION: 30-Day information collection notice.

SUMMARY: The DoD has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget 
(OMB) for clearance the following proposal for collection of 
information under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act.

DATES: Consideration will be given to all comments received by January 
15, 2025.

    Responses per Respondent: 1.
    Annual Responses: 200.
    Average Burden per Response: 4 hours.
    Annual Burden Hours: 800.
    Needs and Uses: The information collection is part of a joint 
effort between the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and the U.S. 
Maritime Administration (MARAD), to maintain a working data set on 
active U.S. shipyards. The information collected is critical in 
providing both organizations with a comprehensive list of U.S. 
commercial shipyards and their capabilities and capacities.

    Frequency: Annually.
    Respondent's Obligation: Voluntary.
