FERC Form 580, Interrogatory on Fuel and Energy Purchase 
Practices; Notice of Request for Partial Waiver

    Take notice that on July 1, 2022, pursuant to Rule 207(a)(5) of the 
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice 
and Procedure,\1\ Pacific Gas and Electric Company submitted a request 
for a partial waiver of the requirement to respond to the 2022 FERC 
Form 580 Interrogatory on Fuel and Energy Purchase Practices, as more 
fully explained in the request.

    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must 
file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214). Protests will be

be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the
