SUMMARY: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is correcting a
notice that was published in the Federal Register on January 25, 2022,
regarding an incorrect name of the attorney for the licensee referenced
in the License Amendment Request table as ``Steven Hamrick, Managing
Attorney--Nuclear, Florida Power and Light Company, P.O. Box 14000,
Juno Beach, FL 33408-0420'' to read ``Rick Giannantonio, General
Counsel, Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp., Mail Stop A-GO-15, 76 South Main
Street, Akron, OH 44308.''
