SUMMARY: This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major 
disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Mississippi (FEMA-
4478-DR), dated 03/12/2020.
    Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, Straight-line Winds, and 
Flooding.
    Incident Period: 01/10/2020 through 01/11/2020.

DATES: Issued on 03/12/2020.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/11/2020.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/14/2020.

or other locally announced locations.
    The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected 
by the disaster:
Primary Counties: Bolivar, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Clay, DeSoto, Oktibbeha, 
Panola, Prentiss, Quitman, Sunflower, Tallahatchie, Tishomingo, 
Washington.
