Take notice that on January 9, 2020, pursuant to Rule 207 of the
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice
and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.207, Curry Solar

Farm, LLC (Petitioners),\1\ filed a petition for a declaratory order
seeking limited waiver of the filing requirements applicable to small
power production facilities set forth in section 292.203(a)(3) of the
Commission's regulations, as more fully explained in the petition.
