Notice of Petition for Partial Waiver: Associated Electric
Cooperative, Inc.
Take notice that on October 2, 2019, pursuant to section 292.402 of
the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules and
Regulations,\1\ Associated Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Associated
Electric or Petitioner), on behalf of Central Rural Electric
Cooperative, Inc. (Central Rural), one of its 57 rural electric
cooperative member-owners, filed a petition for partial waiver of
certain obligations imposed on Central Rural under section 292.303(a)
of the Commission's Regulations \2\ implementing section 210 of the
Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978, as amended,\3\ all as
more fully explained in the petition.

Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must
