and Transfer Request

AGENCY: Departmental Offices, U.S. Department of the Treasury.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Treasury will submit the following 
information collection requests to the Office of Management and Budget 
(OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork 
Reduction Act of 1995, on or after the date of publication of this 
notice. The public is invited to submit comments on these requests.

DATES: Comments should be received on or before October 28, 2019 to be 
assured of consideration.

    Title: FHA New Account Request, Transition Request, and Transfer 
Request.
    OMB Control Number: 1530-0054.
    Type of Review: Extension without change of a currently approved 
collection.
    Description: The information is used to (1) establish a book-entry 
account; (2) change information on a book-entry account; and (3) 
transfer ownership of a book-entry account on the HUD system, 
maintained by the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.
    Forms: FS Form 5354, FS Form 5366, FS Form 5367.
    Affected Public: Individuals and households.
    Estimated Number of Respondents: 300.
    Frequency of Response: On Occasion.
    Estimated Total Number of Annual Responses: 300.
    Estimated Time per Response: 10 minutes.
