Agenda and Notice of Public Meeting of the Rhode Island Advisory 
Committee

AGENCY: Commission on Civil Rights.

ACTION: Announcement of meetings.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
(Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), that a 
planning meeting of the Rhode Island State Advisory Committee to the 
Commission will convene by conference call, on Tuesday, September 24, 
2019 at 11:00 a.m. (EDT). The purpose of the meeting is to review and 
vote on the hate crimes advisory memorandum and get an update on the 
licensing project.
