Agenda and Notice of Public Meeting of the District of Columbia 
Advisory Committee

AGENCY: Commission on Civil Rights.

ACTION: Announcement of meeting.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
(Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), that a 
meeting of the District of Columbia Advisory Committee to the 
Commission will convene by conference call, at 12:00 p.m. (EDT) 
Thursday, September 5, 2019. The purpose of the planning meeting is to 
continue project planning for a future briefing meeting on the 
Committee's civil rights project that examines the intersection of 
homelessness, mental health and the criminal justice system, including 
a review of the DC Mental Health Court.
