ACTION: Amendment 1.

SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Economic Injury Disaster Loan 
(EIDL) declaration for the State of California, dated 02/08/2016.
    Incident: Aliso Canyon Gas Leak.
    Incident Period: 10/23/2015 and continuing through 10/06/2016.

Effective Date: 10/12/2016.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/08/2016.

    All other information in the original declaration remains 
unchanged.
