Reno Creek in Situ Uranium Recovery Project in Campbell County,

AGENCY: Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
ACTION: Draft supplemental environmental impact statement; extension of
comment period.

SUMMARY: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requested public
comments on draft Supplement 6 to NUREG-1910, ``Generic Environmental
Impact Statement for In Situ Leach Uranium Milling Facilities.'' The
public comment period was originally scheduled to close on August 22,
2016. The NRC has decided to extend the public comment period to allow
more time for members of the public to develop and submit their
comments.
DATES: The due date for comments in the document published on July 7,
2016 (81 FR 44333) is extended. Comments should be filed no later than
September 6, 2016. Comments received after this date will be
considered, if it is practical to do so, but the Commission is able to
ensure consideration only for comments received on or before this date.

On July 7, 2016, the NRC requested public comments on draft

period was originally scheduled to close on August 22, 2016. The NRC is
extending the public comment period until September 6, 2016.
