ACTION: Notice of request for comments regarding a reinstatement to an
existing OMB clearance.

SUMMARY: Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the

Regulatory Secretariat has submitted to the Office of Management and
Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a
previously approved information collection requirement regarding the
Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA) Rules of Procedure.

cost applications, and government agencies.
