ACTION: NUREG revision; extension of comment period.

SUMMARY: On December 7, 2012 (77 FR 73060), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC), solicited comments on the proposed changes to NUREG-
1520, Revision 1, ``Standard Review Plan (SRP) for the Review of a
License Application for a Fuel Cycle Facility.'' The NRC is extending
the public comment period for its SRP from January 7, 2013, to March 7,
2013.
