    Notice is hereby given that the following applicants have filed 
with the

Federal Maritime Commission an application for a license as a Non-
Vessel-Operating Common Carrier (NVO) and/or Ocean Freight Forwarder 
(OFF)--Ocean Transportation Intermediary (OTI) pursuant to section 19
