Nuclear Operations, Inc.--(Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station) Review of 
LBP-07-13 (Ruling on Motion to Dismiss SAMA Contention) b. Tennessee 
Valley Authority (Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Unit 2), Notice of Appeal, 
and Brief on Appeal of LBP-09-26 by Sierra Club, Blue Ridge 
Environmental Defense League, Tennessee Environmental Council, and We 
the People, Inc. (Dec. 3, 2009) be held on March 26, 2010, with less 
than one week notice to the public. Both items were affirmed.
