AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission grants a petition for rulemaking filed by WLOX
License Subsidiary, LLC, the permittee of station WLOX(TV), channel 13,
Biloxi, Mississippi, requesting the substitution of its pre-transition
digital channel 39 for its allotted post-transition channel 13 at
Biloxi.
DATES: This rule is effective September 16, 2009.
