By a vote of 5-0 on April 25, 2007, the Commission determined
pursuant to U.S.C. 552b(e) and Sec. 9.107(a) of the Commission's rules
that ``Affirmation of: a. Consumers Energy Company, et. al. (Palisades
Nuclear Plant); License Transfer Application, and b. Consumers Energy
Co. (Big Rock Point ISFSI); License Transfer Application'' be held
April 26, 2007, and on less than one week's notice to the public. Item
b was previously scheduled on May 7, 2007.
