determined pursuant to U.S.C. 552b(e) and Sec. 9.107(a) of the

Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC, & Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.
(Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station); Entergy Nuclear Generation
Company & Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Pilgrim Nuclear Power
Station), CLI-07-3 (Jan. 22, 2007)'' be held March 15, 2007, and on
