Addition; Correction
AGENCY: Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
ACTION: Correcting amendment.

SUMMARY: This document corrects a final rule appearing in the Federal
Register on December 11, 2006 (71 FR 71463) to add the NUHOMS[supreg]
HD cask system to the list of approved spent fuel storage casks. This
action is necessary to correct an erroneous date.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On December 11, 2006 (71 FR 71463),
Certificate of Compliance 1030 was added to the list of approved spent
fuel storage casks. The December 11, 2006, document contained an
incorrect Certificate Expiration Date. This document corrects that
date.
