(Tentative), 2. Nuclear Management Co., LLC (Palisades Nuclear Plant,
license renewal application); response to ``Notice'' relating to San
Louis Obispo Mothers for Peace (Tentative), and 3. System Energy
Resources, Inc. (Early Site Permit for Grand Gulf ESP Site); response
to NEPA/terrorism issue (Tentative) previously scheduled on Monday,
January 29, 2007, at 10:50 a.m. was postponed and will be rescheduled.
By a vote of 5-0 on February 1, 2007, the Commission determined
pursuant to U.S.C. 552b(e) and Sec. 9.107(a) of the Commission's rules
that ``Affirmation of David Geisen, `Order (Denying Government's
Request to Stay Proceeding)' (Jan. 12, 2007)'' be held February 1,
2007, and on less than one week's notice to the public.
