for an Additional 20-year Period; Extension of Comment Period
AGENCY: United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
ACTION: Extension of comment period.

SUMMARY: On August 2, 2006 (71 FR 43818), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) published for public comment a Notice of Acceptance
for Docketing of the Application and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing
Regarding Renewal of the Ohio State University Research Reactor. An
additional 30 days has been added to this Federal Register Notice. The
date for an applicant to file a request for hearing and a petition for
leave to intervene has been extended to October 2, 2006.
DATES: The comment period has been extended and now expires on October
2, 2006.
