Additional Information: By a vote of 5-0 on March 3, 2006, the
Commission determined pursuant to U.S.C. 552b(e) and Sec. 9.107(a) of
the Commission's rules that ``Affirmation of Entergy Nuclear Vermont
Yankee and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Vermont Yankee Nuclear
Power Station)'' be held March 3, 2006, and on less than one week's
notice to the public.
An Affirmation Session tentatively planned for Thursday, March 9,
2006, has been cancelled.
