    By a vote of 5-0 on February 21, 2006, the Commission determined 
pursuant to U.S.C. 552b(e) and Sec.  9.107(a) of the Commission's rules 
that ``Affirmation of Hydro Resources, Inc. (P.O. Box 777, Crownpoint, 
NM 87313)(in situ leach mining operation)--concerning review of LBP-06-
1, Partial Initial Decision (Phase II Radiological Air Emissions 
Challenges to In Situ Leach Uranium Mining License)'' be held February 
27, 2006, and on less than one week's notice to the public.
