accept the Revised Interconnection Agreement allowing it to become
effective on April 15, 2003, the effective date granted by the
Commission in its June 10, 2003 Order.
Dominion Virginia Power states that copies of the filing were
served upon CPV and the Virginia State Corporation Commission.
