Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB
Review; Comment Request
The Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the
Secretary publishes a list of information collections it has submitted
to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for clearance in
compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter
35) and 5 CFR 1320.5. The following are those information collections
recently submitted to OMB.
1. Cash and Counseling Demonstration: Additional Survey
Instruments--0990-0232--Extension--The Office of the Assistant
Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) in partnership with the
Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, is evaluating a demonstration project
of the Cash and Counseling consumer directed care model. A controlled
experimental design methodology is being used to test the effects of
the experimental intervention; cash payments in lieu of arranged
services for Medicaid covered beneficiaries. This portion of the
evaluation consists of four non-client surveys.
Respondents: Individuals or households, For-profit, non-profit
institutions.
