Correction

    In rule document 99-31048, beginning on page 68546, in the issue of 
Tuesday, December 7, 1999, make the following correction:


Sec. 144.88  [Corrected]

     On page 68571, in Sec. 144.88(a)(1), in the table, in the third 
column, in the first line, ``April 5, 2000'' should read ``April 5, 
2005''.
