ACTION: Revised schedule for the subject five-year review.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On October 1, 1999, the Commission 
established a schedule for the conduct of this expedited five-year 
review (64 FR 55958, October 15, 1999). Subsequently, the Department of 
Commerce extended the date for its final results in the expedited 
review from October 29, 1999 to January 27, 2000. In order to have the 
benefit of the Department of Commerce's findings, the Commission, 
therefore, is revising its schedule to conform with Commerce's new 
schedule.
    The Commission's new schedule for the five-year review is as 
follows: the staff report will be placed in the nonpublic record on 
January 4, 2000; the deadline for interested party comments (which may 
not contain new factual information) on the staff report is January 7, 
2000; the deadline for interested party comments (which may not contain 
new factual information) on Commerce's final results is January 31, 
2000; and the deadline for brief written statements (which shall not 
contain new factual information) pertinent to the review by any person 
that is neither a party to the five-year review nor an interested party 
is January 31, 2000.
    For further information concerning this five-year review, see the 
Commission's notice cited above and the Commission's Rules of Practice 
and Procedure, part 201, subparts A through E (19 CFR part 201), and 
part 207, subparts A and F (19 CFR part 207).

    Authority: This five-year review is being conducted under 
authority of title VII of the Tariff Act of 1930; the Commission is 
using its authority under 19 U.S.C. 1675(c)(5)(B) to extend the 
deadline for this review. Further, this notice is published pursuant 
to section 207.62 of the Commission's rules.
