Take notice that on November 12, 1999, San Diego Gas & Electric
Company (SDG&E), tendered for filing with the Commission certain cost
data specified in Article IV.E. of the Stipulation and Agreement filed
in these dockets on April 2, 1999, and approved by the Commission on
May 28, 1999. SDG&E states that Article IV.E. requires such data, as at
December 31, 1998 to be filed by the owners of certain Reliability Must
Run (RMR) generating units. SDG&E further states that, although it no
longer owns the units in question, it is submitting the data as an
accommodation to the new owners, since SDG&E owned or leased the units
on December 31, 1998.
