CENSUS MONITORING BOARD


Notice of Closed Meeting

November 8, 1999.
SUMMARY: This notice, in compliance with P.L. 105-119, sets forth the 
meeting date, time, and place for a closed meeting of the U.S. Census 
Monitoring Board. The meeting will include a discussion with the U.S. 
Census Bureau's Regional Directors. Unfortunately, due to space 
limitations, it is not possible to open the meeting to the public. The 
meeting will, however, remain ``on the record'' and a transcript of the 
proceedings will be produced and made available to the public upon 
request.

    Date: Thursday November 18, 1999.
    Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
    Location: U.S. Census Bureau, Suitland, MD.
