Take notice that on October 8, 1999, Northern States Power Company (Minnesota) and Northern States Power Company (Wisconsin) (jointly NSP) tendered for filing a Short-Term Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service Agreement between NSP and Wisconsin Public Service Corporation. NSP requests that the Commission accept the agreement effective September 30, 1999, and requests waiver of the Commission's notice requirements in order for the agreement to be accepted for filing on the date requested. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214).
