    Notice is hereby given that the following applicants have filed 
with the Federal Maritime Commission applications for licenses as Non-
Vessel Operating Common Carrier and Ocean Freight Forwarder--Ocean 
Transportation Intermediaries pursuant to section 19 of the Shipping
