    This notice corrects a notice (FR Doc. 99-24542) published on page 
51125 of the issue for Tuesday, September 21, 1999.
    Under the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston heading, the entry for 
Boston private Financial Holdings, Inc., Boston, Massachusetts, is 
revised to read as follows:
