Take notice that on September 22, 1999, KN Interstate Gas Transmission Co. (KNI) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1-D the following tariff sheet, relating to its Buffalo Wallow System, with an effective date October 21, 1999: Fourth Revised Sheet No. 18 KNI states that it is submitting this filing to clarify the tariff language regarding the methodology of allocating gas to receipt and delivery points as it relates to Firm and Interruptible Transportation services. KNI states that copies of this filing have been served upon all affected firm customers of KNI and applicable state agencies.
