DATES: The third meeting of the current term of the Treasury Advisory Committee on Commercial Operations of the U.S. Customs Service will be held on Friday, October 8,1999, at 8:30 a.m. at the Governor Hotel, 611 S.W. 10th Street (at Alder) Portland, Oregon, (503) 224-3400].
