ACTION: Notice of a prototype involving modifications to the disability
determination procedures; Correction.

SUMMARY: The Social Security Administration (SSA) published a document
in the Federal Register of August 30, 1999, announcing a prototype
involving a combination of modifications to the disability
determination process. The document contained an incorrect address for
the Brooklyn branch of the New York Disability Determination Services
(DDS).
