Type of Review: Revision of a currently approved collection. Abstract: Veterans with compensable service-connected disabilities use this form to apply for vocational rehabilitation under 38 U.S.C. chapter 31. The application obtains information used to determine basic entitlement, schedule an evaluation, and determine final eligibility for the benefit. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on this collection of information was published on April 5, 1999 at page 16523-16524. Affected Public: Individuals or households. Estimated Annual Burden: 13,500 hours. Estimated Average Burden Per Respondent: 15 minutes. Frequency of Response: Generally one time.
