Snyder Oil Corp. Headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, Operating
Throughout the State of Texas and Denver, CO; Amended Certification
Regarding Eligibility To Apply for Worker Adjustment Assistance

In accordance with section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C.
2273) the Department of Labor issued a Notice of Certification
Regarding Eligibility to Apply for Worker Adjustment Assistance on
February 16, 1999, applicable to workers of Snyder Oil Corporation,
Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas and operating throughout the State
of Texas. The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 27,
1999 (64 FR 22648).
At the request of petitioners, the Department reviewed the
certification for workers of the subject firm. The workers are engaged
in employment related to the production of crude oil and natural gas.

have occurred at the subject firm's Denver, Colorado location. The
