Distrigas of Massachusetts Corporation; Notice of Refund

June 15, 1999.
Take notice that on June 7, 1999, Distrigas of Massachusetts
Corporation (DOMAC) tendered for filing a Refund Report.
DOMAC states that it received a wire transfer of $14,639 from GRI
on May 28, 1999 in accordance with the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission Opinion No. 407 issued September 27, 1996 (76 FERC 61,337).
DOMAC further states that it will not be crediting this refund to
its customers on a pro rata basis because it has no customers who are
eligible for such credits.
Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE,
Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed on
or before June 22, 1999. Protests will be considered by the Commission
in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve
to make protestants parties to the proceedings. Copies of this filing
are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection
in the Public Reference Room. This filing may be viewed on the web at
