[Declaration of Disaster #3182]


State of Texas (Amendment #3)

    In accordance with a notice received from the Federal Emergency 
Management Agency dated June 2, 1999, the above-numbered Declaration is 
hereby amended to include Gregg County, Texas as a disaster area as a 
result of damages caused by severe storms and tornadoes that occurred 
on May 4, 1999.
    In addition, applications for economic injury loans from small 
businesses located in the contiguous counties of Harrison, Rusk, Smith, 
and Upshur in the State of Texas may be filed until the specified date 
at the previously designated location.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
filing applications for physical damage is July 4, 1999, and for 
economic injury the deadline is February 7, 2000.
