Technical Conference Take notice that the Commission Staff (Staff) will convene a technical conference to discuss issues related to the Commission's Electronic Filing Initiative (EFI). The conference will be held on Thursday, June 24, 1999, and will commence at 9:30 a.m. in the [[Page 29615]] Commission Meeting Room of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426. The conference is open to all interested persons.
