SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On April 8, 1999, the Commission established 
a schedule for the conduct of the expedited five-year review of the 
subject antidumping duty order (64 FR 19197, Apr. 19, 1999). 
Subsequently, the Department of Commerce extended the date for its 
final results in the expedited review from May 4, 1999, to August 2, 
1999 (64 FR 24573, May 7, 1999). The Commission, therefore, is revising 
its schedule to conform with Commerce's new schedule.
    The Commission's new schedule for the investigation is as follows: 
the staff report will be placed in the nonpublic record on August 4, 
1999; the deadline for interested party comments (which may not contain 
new factual information) is August 9, 1999; and the deadline for brief 
written statements (which shall not contain new factual information) 
pertinent to the review by any person that is neither a party to the 
five-year review not an interested party is August 9, 1999.

Procedure, part 201, subparts A through E (19 CFR part 201), and part 
207, subparts A, D, E, and F (19 CFR part 207).
