Revised Determination on Reopening

In accordance with Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C.
2273) the Department of Labor issued a Notice of Revised Determination
on Reopening on February 9, 1999, applicable to workers of Pluma, Inc.,

children. Accordingly, the Department is amending the certification to
cover workers of Pluma, Inc., Altavista, Virginia.
The intent of the Department's certification is to include all
workers of Pluma, Inc. adversely affected by increased imports.
The amended notice applicable to TA-W-35,156D is hereby issued as
follows:

All workers of Pluma, Inc., Rocky Mount, Virginia (TA-W-35,156D)
and Altavista, Virginia (TA-W-35,156C) who became totally or
partially separated from employment on or after October 15, 1997
through February 9, 2001 are eligible to apply for adjustment
assistance under Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974.

Signed at Washington, D.C. this 29th day of April, 1999.
