Radio Broadcasting Services; Babb, MT

AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by the 
Battani Corporation proposing the allotment of Channel 233C3 at Babb, 
Montana, as the community's first local service. The channel can be 
allotted to Babb with a site restriction 12 kilometers (7.4 miles) 
southwest of the community at coordinates 48-45-34 NL and 113-31-17 WL. 
Canadian concurrence will be requested for the allotment of Channel 
233C3 at Babb.

DATES: Comments must be filed on or before June 21, 1999, and reply 
comments on or before July 6, 1999.

of Proposed Rule Making, MM Docket No. 99-136, adopted April 21, 1999,

    Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of 1980 do not apply 
to this proceeding.
