    The Commission hereby gives notice of the filing of the following 
agreement(s) under the Shipping Act of 1984.
    Interested parties can review or obtain copies of agreements at the

Room 962. Interested parties may submit comments on an agreement to the 
Secretary, Federal Maritime Commission,

Title: Mediterranean North Pacific Coast Freight Conference.
Parties:
    Med-Pacific Express. (a joint service between d'Amico Societa di 
Navigazione per Azioni and Italia di Navigazione S.P.A.)

Synopsis: The proposed Amendment restates the Agreement, as well as, 
revising it to bring it into compliance with the requirements of the 
Ocean Shipping Reform Act and the requirements of the European Union.

Synopsis: The proposed amendment would modify the Agreement's 
Independent Action provisions to conform to the Ocean Shipping Reform 
Act of 1998. It deletes NPR and Transroll as parties to the Agreement, 
changes the name of Ivaran Lines to Lykes Line Ltd., and makes a non-
substantive administrative change to the Agreement.

Title: Inland Shipping Service Association.

    Sea-Land Service, Inc.
    Seaboard Marine and Seaboard Marine of Florida, Inc.
Synopsis: The proposed modification would expand the geographic scope 
of the agreement to include any country in the world.
