ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 268C3 to Augusta, Wisconsin, in
response to a petition filed by L. Topaz Enterprises, Inc. See 63 FR
71412, December 28, 1998. The coordinates for Channel 268C3 at Augusta,
Wisconsin, are 44-40-11 NL and 90-57-55 WL. There is a site restriction
12.3 kilometers (7.7 miles) east of the community. With this action,
this proceeding is terminated. A filing window for Channel 268C3 at
Augusta, Wisconsin, will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue
of opening a filing window for this channel will be addresed by the
Commission in a subsequent order.
