The Site is located on approximately 4.8 acres of industrially

subject of a Federally funded enforcement action, specifically, lead
contaminated soil removal activities. Brooks D. Ketchum d/b/a Custom
Welding, intends to purchase and redevelop the Site. The proposed PPA
would require Brooks D. Ketchum d/b/a Custom Welding to pay the United
States $6,000 to be applied toward response costs incurred by the
United States. The Site is not on the National Priorities List, and no
further response activities at the Site are anticipated at this time.
