was initiated on September 28, 1998 in response to a worker petition
which was filed on behalf of workers at the NACCO Materials Handling

An active certification covering the petitioning group of workers
is already in effect (TA-W-34, 718B). Consequently, further
investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and the
investigation has been terminated.

Signed in Washington, DC this 3 day of November, 1998.

Acting Director, Office of Trade Adjustment Assistance, Office of Trade
Adjustment Assistance.
