Intent To Grant Exclusive Patent License; Northrop Grumman

AGENCY: U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command, DoD.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Army hereby gives notice of its intent 
to grant to Northrop Grumman a revocable, nonassignable, exclusive 
license in the United States to practice the Government owned invention 
described in U.S. Patent No. 5,626,151, entitled ``Transportation Life 
Support System,'' issued May 6, 1997. Anyone wishing to object to the 
grant of this license has 60 days from the date of this notice to file 
written objections along with supporting evidence, if any. Written 
objections may be filed with the Office of the Command Judge Advocate, 
U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command, 504 Scott Street, Fort 
Detrick, Maryland 21702-5012, ATTN: MCMR-JA.
