Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request Entitled Blue Pages 
Project

AGENCY: Office of Acquisition Policy, GSA.

ACTION: Notice of request for approval of a new information collection 
entitled Blue Pages Project.

SUMMARY: Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 
(44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), the Office of Acquisition Policy has submitted 
to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and 
approve a new information collection concerning Blue Pages Project.

DATES: Comment Due Date: October 13, 1998.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

A. Purpose

    The GSA is requesting the Office of Management and Budget to 
approve a new information collection concerning Blue Pages Project. 
This initiative will make Government listings in telephone directories 
easier to read and more informative. Surveys will be conducted to 
assess the public's reaction to changes that have been made and will 
continue to be made in the future.

B. Annual Reporting Burden

    Respondents: 200; annual responses: 200; average hours per 
response: 2; burden hours: 100
