The meeting will be open to the public. DATES: CFIVAC will meet on Monday and Tuesday, August 31 and September 1, 1998 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. This meeting may close early if all business is finished. Written material and requests to make oral presentations should reach the Coast Guard on or before August 14, 1998. Requests to have a copy of your material distributed to each member of the committee should reach the Coast Guard on or before August 7, 1998. (4) Presentation of work plans from these newly formed subcommittees. (5) Presentation on New England scallop industry. (6) Presentation on inflatable Personal Flotation Devices. (7) Review of National Transportation Safety Board Recommendations M-95-23 and M-96-9. (8) Recognition of outgoing CFIVAC members. This meeting is open to the public.
